Eligible items can be replaced at no extra cost through our Online Returns Centre, provided the following conditions are met.
Which Items Are Eligible for a Free Replacement?
- Items fulfilled by Global Baby Care, Prime-eligible items, and select Seller-Fulfilled items qualify for free replacements.
- If an eligible item is out of stock with the same seller, it cannot be replaced. Instead, a refund will be issued for the returned item.
Conditions for Free Replacement
Items within the return window and in stock (exact same item) with the same seller are eligible for free replacement. Once the original item is returned, the replacement order will be shipped using standard shipping.
Free replacements can be requested if any of the following conditions are met:
- The item received is physically damaged.
- The item received has missing parts or accessories.
- The item received is different from its description on the product detail page on Global Baby Care.
- The item received is defective or does not function properly.
Additional Notes
- A free replacement cannot be issued for an item that has already been replaced once.
- If the item has missing parts or accessories, you may contact the manufacturer directly for assistance. Manufacturer contact details are usually available on the item’s packaging or in the accompanying paperwork.
- If your item is not eligible for a free replacement, you may still return it for a refund.
- For “Seller-Fulfilled” items:
- A replacement can only be created if the same product is available with the original seller.
- If the product is unavailable, please use the “Contact Seller” option under “Your Orders” to request a refund.
