Global Baby Care ships products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will typically be shipped within 24 hours*. We operate on all days except Sundays and national holidays.
Shipping Charges
- A fixed shipping charge of ₹50 applies to all orders . Additional charges may apply for certain locations.
- All orders are eligible for free shipping in specific locations. For other locations, additional shipping charges will apply.
For locations where additional charges apply, a ₹50 shipping charge will be added.
- Shipping charges per product can be checked by entering your pin code on the product page. The total shipping charge will be the sum of individual charges for all products in the order. This total will be visible during checkout and while entering your shipping address.
- Non-Refundable: Shipping charges are non-refundable in cases of return or cancellation of the order.
Modifications to Shipping Charges
Global Baby Care reserves the right to modify shipping charges at any time without prior notice. Updated charges will reflect on the product page and during the checkout process.
Special Offers and Free Shipping
Global Baby Care occasionally introduces limited-time offers that may include free shipping. These offers are subject to terms and conditions.
Convenience Charges
Global Baby Care may levy convenience charges on certain orders based on factors such as products, pin codes, or shipment sizes.
Platform and Convenience Fee
A platform and convenience fee may be applied to enhance and maintain a seamless shopping experience. This fee is separate from shipping charges and may apply regardless of the order value.
- An order may have:
- Only shipping charges applied (based on order value).
- Only convenience charges applied.
- Both shipping and convenience charges applied.
Convenience charges, if applicable, will be visible in the “Shipping Cost” section during checkout. These charges are non-refundable in case of return or cancellation of the order.
Estimated Delivery Time
- For areas serviced by reputed couriers, delivery typically takes 3–4 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays). Heavier or high-volume items may take additional time.
- For areas serviced by the Indian Postal Service, delivery may take 1–2 weeks depending on the location.
Delivery Updates:
- The delivery date displayed at the time of purchase (Product Details, Cart, Checkout, and Order Confirmation) is tentative and subject to change after shipment.
- Once the order is shipped, an updated estimated delivery date will appear in the “Order Details” section under “My Account.”
Delays
Unexpected delays due to logistics challenges beyond our control may occur. Global Baby Care requests your understanding in such instances and will continuously strive to minimize disruptions. In rare cases where delivery exceeds reasonable timelines or the shipment becomes untraceable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount to your Global Baby Care Wallet.
Address Changes
- Delivery addresses can be updated if the order status is “Confirmed” or “Pending” and no items have been shipped.
- If there are variations in charges or taxes between the original and updated delivery addresses, the address change request may not be accepted.
Hidden Charges (e.g., Sales Tax, Octroi)
The final price displayed during checkout is all-inclusive. You do not need to pay any additional charges.
International Shipping
Currently, Global Baby Care does not deliver to locations outside India.
Tracking Packages
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the courier company name and tracking number. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours of placing the order, please check your spam folder. Tracking may take an additional 24 hours to appear online after the courier scans the package.
Non-Availability on Delivery
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address to facilitate faster delivery.
Secured Delivery with OTP (One-Time Password)
To enhance the security of your deliveries, Global Baby Care uses a one-time password (OTP) system:
- A six-digit OTP is sent via SMS or WhatsApp to the registered mobile number when the package is out for delivery. The OTP can also be found in the “Order Details” under “My Account.”
- Share the OTP only with the delivery agent upon their physical arrival at your doorstep. Do not share the OTP over the phone.

If the OTP is shared prematurely or with unauthorized individuals, Global Baby Care is not responsible for any misuse or unauthorized access.
Important Notes
- Delivery times during lockdowns are subject to guidelines from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and state governments.
- Items weighing over 2 kg or with high volume may take longer to deliver.
- Global Baby Care reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice.
